“Aye order the Chao Da Bee Hoon la”

A crowd favourite, you can count on seeing this ‘noodle pancake’ (San Lou Mee Hoon) on every table in JB Ah Meng. And when we tried it for ourselves, we just knew we had to recreate it asap!!

Burnt to a crisp (quite literally), this 30min dish has the perfect crunchy vs melt-in-your-mouth balance. Drowning in nothing but an umami-filled sauce, and stir-fried with fluffy eggs and beansprouts, you’ll be in for a real treat!
