This versatile dish is perfect whether you want to add your favourite protein or keep it vegetarian. Plus, it’s all made in one baking dish with no boiling required — talk about minimal cleanup! Just put everything in the baking dish.

*Make sure to use heavy-duty aluminium foil and crimp it tightly around the edges so no steam escapes — this ensures the pasta cooks perfectly.
