Steamed Meat Patty with Salted Egg Yolk
Steaming meat patty moulded out of minced pork is pretty straight forward. Fast, simple and well-liked among the old and the young. It is also a common household dish that many of us probably ate before.
This time round we threw in some salted egg yolk to add some surprise to this simple dish. Fresh out of the steamer, the sight of meat juices combined with the lovable flavours of salted egg yolk is SOOOO alluring to the senses. Oh! and make sure to tell your butcher to throw in some fats in the minced meat!
