We are back with another braised pork… AND Guinness? 2 of Jon’s favorite things combined into one dish!

Basically lu rou fan with a richer and bolder taste. The beer’s bitterness and depth will complement the sweetness of the pork and soy sauce, creating a more complex and flavourful dish.
