Why not get the kids in on the action and whip up this easy, nutritious brunch at home? With this 15 mins classic Steak & Eggs Brunch, you’ll be treating yourself to a cafe-quality meal without actually having to go out.

The highlight of this dish is the premium USDA Prime Boneless Beef Short Ribs from @meetu.s.meat and @cutbutcherysg.

Known for their excellent fat content and typically more marbling, this extra marbling not only makes the steak juicier and more flavourful but also ensures tenderness, making it hard to overcook and perfect for beginners.

Bring the beef to room temperature and season it with salt. Toss the potatoes and tomatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, herbs, and balsamic vinegar, then roast them. Sear the steak in a pan, flipping every minute, and let it rest. Fry the eggs in the same pan. Slice the avocado, season it, and let it rest. Finally, slice the steak and sprinkle it with salt and pepper.
