The idea of One Pot Pasta caused a huge stir all over when Martha Stewart first published that recipe back in 2013. It rethinks the traditional way of cooking pasta, and makes it an easy must have for any home cook… so that’s why we decided to attempt this too.
Easily done in 20 minutes, we decided to put a healthy twist to this recipe by using San Remo’s 100% Organic Brown Rice Penne Pasta, totally gluten free to boot ,and the result was awesome. It’s as simple as putting the ingredients together, put it on heat, and stir, in no time, you’ll have a one pot pasta ready for the family to enjoy!

Combine 250g San Remo 100% Brown Rice Penne, 200g cherry tomatoes, 120g Swiss Brown mushroom, 15g basil leaves, 200g chicken sausage, ½ onion, 2 cloves garlic, 1½ tsp red pepper flakes, 2 tbsp San Remo sundried tomato & garlic concentrate, 400ml chicken stock, 400ml water, and 2 tbsp olive oil in a pot.
