Combine your Greek Yogurt, Garam Masala, Curry Powder, Ground Fenugreek, minced Garlic, Onion Powder into a big mixing bowl, and season with Salt and Pepper to taste.

Add in your Chicken Thighs and mix it well - allow it to marinate in your fridge for a minimum of 4 hours (or up to 2 days)

When ready to cook, preheat your oven to 180C and lay your chicken in a single layer on your baking tray. Once heated, let your chicken bake for 15-20 minutes (depending on your oven) and let it rest for at least 10 minutes after removing from the oven.

You’re ready to assemble - lay your wrap out, scoop in some of your yogurt sauce and pile on your chicken. Be careful not to pile on too much chicken as you might find it challenging to wrap them up!
