Who says pastas have to be complicated! This pasta recipe is part atas, part pantry-staples with San Remo pasta and Tomato & Basil Sauce.

Perfect for last-minute Christmas meals or a quick and easy lunch, this Italian Sausage Spaghetti with Charred Broccolini recipe cooks in < 20mins! 

We added Italian sausage and charred broccolini to jazz it up but use whatever protein and cruciferous veggies you have at hand, think leftover Christmas party ingredients. A super simple meal for this super busy festive period!

In a pot of boiling water, add 2 tbsp salt. Add in San Remo Spaghetti and boil for 9-10 minutes. Strain and set aside.
