A filling and hearty dish to be shared with your friends and family, perfect for Ramadan!

For this recipe, we used an Instant Pot to keep things simple, from frying the aromatics to cooking up the porridge. If you don’t have an Instant pot, any pot will work perfectly fine.

Traditionally, chunks of beef are used. We opted for minced beef to reduce the cooking time. If you don’t like beef, feel free to substitute it with a protein of your choice.

Depending on your desired consistency of the porridge, feel free to adjust the amount of stock/water to add.

Spice blend: Substitute to 150g store bought Rempah mix
