Anyone with a sweet tooth (or not) would love this classic snack! As with its cousin goreng pisang (deep fried bananas), it’s main ingredient is bananas.
What’s different is, they are mashed up along with flour and grated coconut for that extra fragrance and texture then deep-fried to Perfection! Crispy on the outside, moist and fluffy on the inside, it is so simple yet addictive!
In the interest of designing less-sugar recipes, this dish was made without any sugar, compared to 60g of brown sugar which would normally be used! All natural sweetness – try it out today, you won’t be disappointed!
