Shrimp and Salmon Cutlets with Spicy mango sauce – 芒果酱海鲜炸肉饼

Finger food is often a quick go-to for our family, rain or shine – and today, using DoDo’s Supreme Breaded Shrimp and Salmon cutlets, we created a tangy and refreshing sauce with a simple combination of ingredients that leaves the kids wanting more!

This mango dip combines the sweetness of mango with the tanginess of lemon juice and chilli flake spice to tantalize your taste buds. Great use of mangos in the kitchen!

Ingredients:

  1. 4 pieces DoDo Supreme Breaded Shrimp Cutlets

  2. 4 pieces DoDo Supreme Breaded Salmon Cutlets

  3. Ingredients

    Spicy mango sauce:

    1. 2 mangoes (cut into cubes)

    2. 1 tbsp fish sauce

    3. 2 tbsp cooking oil

    4. 1⁄2 onion (diced)

    5. 10g ginger (minced)

    6. 3 cloves garlic (minced)

    7. Juice from half-whole lemon (depending on how sweet mango is)

    8. 1 tsp dried chilli flakes

    9. 1⁄2 tsp salt

    10. 1⁄4 tsp turmeric powder

    Steps:

    1. In a pan over low heat, add 2 tbsp cooking oil, add in, garlic, chilli flakes, ginger, onion and saute until fragrant.

    2. Add in mangoes and saute for about 2 minutes.

    3. Pour ingredients into a blender and add fish sauce, lemon juice, salt and turmeric powder. Blend until smooth. Set aside.

    4. Deep fry DoDo Supreme Breaded Shrimp Cutlets and Salmon Cutlets until golden brown and crispy.

    5. Garnish mango sauce with coriander and serve with fried shrimp and salmon cutlets.
