This popular Chinese home-cooked dish is great for quick 15 minute meals.

Sweet, tangy tomatoes mixed with creamy, well-seasoned eggs scrambled to perfection, it’s the staple of healthy, comfort food that families would enjoy.

Adjust Servings
1 bowl of cooked rice
2 large eggs, beaten
2 whole tomatoes (chopped into chunks)
1/2tbsp Minced garlic
2tbsp Ketchup
1/2tsp Chicken powder
1/2tsp Sugar
1/2tsp Paprika
1tbsp Cooking cream
Chopped parsley/dried parsley



In a pan, stir fry garlic until fragrant.

Mark as complete

Add in minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add in chopped tomatoes, continue to sauté until tomatoes soften, add in tomatoes sauce and mix well

Mark as complete

Mix in chicken powder, sugar & paprika.

Mark as complete

Pour in beaten eggs and cooking cream. Stir gently & continuously until half done. Pour over rice and serve hot.
