Air Fryer Roasted Duck Leg

4whole Duck Leg | |
1tbsp Salt | |
1tbsp 5 Spice Powder | |
1tbsp White pepper |
Marinade:
2tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Light Soy Sauce | |
2tbsp Lee Kum Kee Dark Soy Sauce | |
2tbsp Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce | |
1tbsp Minced garlic | |
1tbsp Minced ginger | |
1tsp 5 Spice Powder |
Directions
1.
In a small bowl, mix salt, 5 spice powder and white pepper and rub it on the skin of the duck.

In another mixing bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients under marinate and brush mixture on the underside of the duck legs.

Place all the duck legs on a flat tray, and leave to air dry for 2 hours.

Once the skin of the duck legs are dried, add duck legs into an air fryer.
Mark as complete
5.
Air fryer at 160°C for 20 minutes, and then 200°C for 8 minutes.

6.
Remove from the air fryer and leave to rest. Serve as it is, or debone and chop, to serve over rice and cucumber.
