This recipe is simple and easy enough for anyone to try on a weekend afternoon without much preperation needed. Adding the seared oxtails, the red wine glazed celery and carrots, and other ingredients, this is cooked in a pressure cooker until fork-tender, perfect for mash potatoes or rice!
