Tom Yum Prawn Pasta

We love experimenting with flavours and concocted not one, but three different recipes for your Asian fusion pasta cravings:
1. Lao Gan Ma Aglio E Olio
2. Tom Yum Prawn Pasta
3. Miso XO Mushroom Pasta
These quick and easy recipes carry so much flavour, no one would know they took less than 15 minutes to prepare!
Pro-tip: got a almost-finished bottle of Lau Gan Ma or Tom Yum pasta or Miso? Add the ingredients accordingly and use some pasta water to “wash” all the leftover bits in the bottles – zero waste, 100% flavour.

Adjust Servings
2tbsp Cooking oil
8 Prawns
1Lemongrass (bottom half only, smashed)
2cloves Minced garlic
2tbsp Tom yum paste
2tbsp water
2slices Galangal
100g Mushrooms
Juice from ½ a lime
Sliced kaffir lime leaves
170g Spaghetti



In a pot of boiling water, cook 170g of Spaghetti according to pack instructions.
Mark as complete

In a pan on medium low heat, add in 2 tbsp of cooking oil. Add in minced garlic, lemongrass, and galangal. Sauté until fragrant.
Mark as complete

Add in mushrooms and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Mark as complete

Add in Tom yum paste, water and lime juice. Mix well until sauce forms.
Mark as complete

Add in prawns and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Mark as complete

Add in cooked pasta, and 1 small ladle of pasta water.
Mark as complete

Season with salt and pepper.
Mark as complete

Mix, coat sauce evenly and serve. Garnish with sliced kaffic lime leaves.
Mark as complete
