We’re jazzing up our kitchen studio for Christmas with IKEA Christmas winter collection #VINTERFINT this year!

Besides decor, we grabbed #IKEA Swedish Meatballs from their Swedish Food Market to make a delicious Meatball Pie recipe! ‘Tis the cozy family dish for the season.

In a saucepan, add in 1 pack ALLEMANSRATTEN Mashed potatoes, milk and heat over medium heat until mash is melted and creamy.

In a wide pan over medium high heat, add in olive oil and and in ALLEMANSRATTEN Meatballs and sauté until nicely browned. Do it in 2 rounds if pan is not big enough to fit the whole pack. Remove meatballs and set aside.

In the same pan, add in diced onion, carrot, celery and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
