You know what tastes like Christmas? This One Pan Potato Gratin! Creamy, rich and indulgent just like the festive season 🎄

We’re using @bullafamilydairy’s Thickened Cream to create a decadent creamy miso base. Layer that on thinly sliced potatoes and generous sprinkles of gouda, and you’re in for a warm Christmassy starter.

Turn heat to low, layer potato slices, a layer of gouda cheese, and repeat this 2 more times. Finish with a top layer of potatoes, do not add cheese over potatoes for now.
