This is for the chocolate cake lovers. We have prepared a cheesecake recipe! And as a no-bake recipe, it’s super simple and can be done by most families with ease.
We used Equal Stevia which is made from stevia leaves as a natural alternative to the use of sugar, and it turned out well without the aftertaste that some brands carried. You can use any sugar of your choice too!
Allow about 4 hours for the cake to set in the fridge and you’ll have yourself a treat that’s great for tea breaks and supper delights!

Blend chocolate biscuit and butter together in a food processor, then press into base of a ring mould. Place in fridge to firm up.
