Ginkgo Barley also known as 白果薏米 is one of the popular desserts that we have grown up loving. Not only is it super easy, it’s also incredibly smooth and tasty.
It’s full of pandan goodness – adding the barley, beancurd skin, and ginko nuts.. Certainly yummy. Enjoy this light and refreshing beancurd treat, either hot or chilled depending on your preference.
