KitKat Milk Chocolate Brownies
Calling all KitKat fans! This KitKat brownie recipe is a must-try, its fluffy yet decadent texture (almost like a rich cakey brownie) is so good on its own but even better with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Throw in any of your favourite KitKat flavours – milk chocolate, dark chocolate, white chocolate, matcha, strawberry – you name it and it can be done – and it’s an absolute customised treat!

2Packets of Milk Chocolate KitKat (8 KitKat fingers) | |
100g Unsalted butter (melted) | |
200g Dark chocolate (melted) | |
240g Caster sugar | |
30g Cocoa powder (sifted) | |
½tsp Salt | |
3 Eggs | |
1tsp Vanilla extract | |
60g Plain flour (sifted) |

Mixed berries |
Directions
1.
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a 18x18cm baking tray with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, add in eggs and sugar, whisk until mixture is creamy.

Stir in melted chocolate, melted butter, vanilla essence and salt.
Mark as complete

Fold in sifted flour and cocoa powder.
Mark as complete

Add in chopped Milk Chocolate KitKat and fold evenly.
Mark as complete

Pour batter into the baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Mark as complete

Bake in a 180°C oven for about 40-45 minutes.

8.
Remove from the oven and set aside to rest to room temperature.

Slice brownies into squares and serve with mixed berries.
