No meat-lover will ever reject bacon. But why stop at just bacon alone? We’ve come up with 3 great and simple ways to prepare bacon that would please even the non meatlovers!
First up we wrapped bacon around enoki mushrooms, a favourite at a lot of yakitori places and paired with with mentaiko mayo. Next up in asparagus also another classic, the flavours from the bacon combine with the slight crunchy texture from the asparagus. Lastly we wrapped bacon around large tiger prawns seasoned simply with salt and pepper and a squeeze of lemon.
