This is a great recipe for a Singaporean twist on the classic crowd favourite – easy, quick to prepare and cook. 

Utilising San Remo Elbows and laksa paste made from scratch too (but if you’re short on time, feel free to use store-bought laksa paste instead), this savoury and reimagined nostalgic dish can be enjoyed with the whole family and guests!

Once oil is heated, add in rempah and sauté with a whisk for 2-3 minutes.
