A perfect meaty snack, enoki wraps are super easy to make and you can enjoy any time of the day!
Normally you’ll see enoki grilled with bacon, but ours is a very simple recipe whereby we wrap the enoki using iberico pork shoulder, which works wonderfully as it has a high amount of marbling. The Japanese cucumber goes really well by providing a contrasting crisp texture. Start off by grilling the wraps in a wok then braise with a ginger soy sauce. You will end up with a tummy gratifying dish that can be done in minutes!
Oh, did we mention that this goes really well with drinks? (BEER we meant!)
