Focaccia is one of those simple pleasures you can easily make at home – soft, airy and finished with that crisp crust straight out of the oven. But if a classic savoury loaf isn’t quite enough, we’re taking it up a notch.

Enter the cheeseburger focaccia: a mash-up of two comfort food favourites. We’re layering the essentials of a good cheeseburger – juicy minced beef, caramelised onions and a rich and tangy burger sauce – baked into the focaccia so every bite is packed with flavour.

It’s a bake that disappears fast with everyone going back for ‘just one more piece’!
