In a large mixing bowl add all ingredients under Tandoori marinade and mix well

Score chicken leg pieces and add them into the marinade, mix and coat evenly. Leave to marinate for 1 hour

Transfer chicken pieces into an air fryer and air fry at 200°C for 40 minutes, flipping them over at the 20 minute mark

While it is cooking we can make the Mint Chutney. Add mint, coriander, sugar, salt, cumin, chaat masala, green chili, garlic, a bit of the yogurt into a food processor and blend until just smooth
