We made this Seaweed Egg Tofu Shrimp bites with just 3 ingredients in ~15mins! Minimal prep and clean up, this air fryer recipe has been our go-to for a midday snack in the office so far 😋

With that crisp and crunchy exterior from the seaweed and shrimp paste. Just roll them like a gimbap and pop them in the air fryer, and you’ve got yourself the perfect protein snack!

Bonus: top them off with some furikake and crispy chilli oil! Trust us, your Seaweed Egg Tofu Shrimp Bites will be on a whole new level.
