1. Steamed Scallops with Glass Noodles

 

Standing strong at the top of the list is this simple yet delicious seafood platter. The star of this dish is the scallop which is probably easier to prepare than you’d think. 

 

For this dish, you’ll need some frozen half shelled scallops, which are affordable and perhaps even tastier than your typical over-the-counter seafood. With a few simple steps, you’ll get an elegant and tasty combination of glass noodles and scallops, elevated with a coat of boiling garlic oil and shaoxing wine.
