Like younger Benners, many of us view Steamed Cod as a luxury (rightfully so) but when else are you going to dote on your family than on your Chinese New Year reunions?

Finding out that this banquet-level fish took less than 15mins and was made with ingredients we could already find in our pantry (except for the cod of course) blew our minds, we would have never guessed it.

Chinese New Year reunion dinners are always such a sacred time for families who don’t meet often, and for some, these are the only times we get to see them in a year. A few extra dollars and 15 minutes of your time can’t hurt in the grander scheme of things.

So this Chinese New year, let’s show some nutritious love to the people you call “family” with your Steamed Fish.
