Lunar New Year is almost over but your fridge is filled with leftover ingredients like roast pork and vegetables… so we’re turning it into fried rice!

Jon was inspired by @zermattneo after he wiped out 50 plates worth of egg fried rice in Penang?!

It’s known for their slightly softer and runnier eggs to make the students eat faster! It might sound like a crazy concept, but it has taken our fried rice game to another level 🤤

So grab your leftover ingredients and make your own version of Chung Ling Egg Fried Rice!
