Most people think clams are difficult to cook, but they really aren’t! All it requires is the extra step of brining the clams and after that, it’s just like cooking any other dish. Plus, this dish is cooked easily in one-pot to reduce the cleaning up! 

So if you’re new to cooking clams, try this out! And if you like your gravy rich and thick, we recommend adding the thickened cream from Bulla

In a large bowl, soak clams in salt water for about 30 minutes to get rid of the sand.

In a wide pan over medium heat, add olive oil and butter. Add minced onion, garlic, lemongrass, coriander root and stir fry until fragrant.
