This recipe is as simple as it looks. All you need for the filing are some minced pork, water chestnuts, shallots, dried mushrooms, spring onions, eggs, and some seasoning. For the guacamole, simply mash some avocados together with cilantro, lime juice, onion, olive oil, salt, and pepper. This process is really up to your own creativity, so feel free to experiment however you like! You’d be happy to know that we’ve also included some tips on how to keep your sauces thick and sticky, and your chicken fried and crispy.

 

For this dish, all you need are easily obtainable ingredients including boneless chicken thighs, cooking cream, cornstarch, baking soda, and seasonings such as salt and garlic powder. After marinating the chicken, coat the pieces with flour mixture and fry until golden brown. Lastly, toss the chicken into your sauce mixture, sprinkle with sesame seeds and there you have it — a sizzling hot plate of sweet and savoury goodness!

All you need are ingredients such as salt, fermented beancurd, and five spice powder to create the marinade, and an air fryer to fry the pork belly in.
