Stir Fried Lala
Guys this is a super simple , yet really satisfying recipe that you can complete in 10 minutes!
10 minutes? Yes we kid you not! Get your clams (lala) stir-fried with ginger, garlic, and chili padi, and finish it off with that splash of hua tiao wine on a hot wok! It’s the perfect way to bring out the flavor of the clams that we all love.
Combining the clams with the aromatics makes it so darn good, and goes so well with your favourite BEER!

500g clams (washed and cleaned) | |
2stalks spring onions | |
2-4chili padi (adjust to level of spiciness) | |
1tbsp minced ginger | |
1tbsp minced garlic | |
2tbsp oil | |
1tbsp sesame oil | |
1-2tbsp light soy sauce | |
2tbsp hua tiao wine | |
½tsp salt | |
½tsp sugar |
Directions
1.
Chop 2 stalks spring onions

Cut 2-4 chili padi in to slices

Heat 2 tbsp oil in wok

Add 1 tbsp minced ginger,

1 tbsp minced garlic and chili padi slices

Stir fry until fragrant

Add 500g clams

8.
Season with 1 tbsp sesame oil,

1-2 tbsp light soy sauce,

10.
2 tbsp hua tiao wine,

½ tsp salt and ½ tsp sugar

Stir fry and toss

Cover for 30 secs once all the clams are open they are ready
