An iconic instant noodle, Tom Yum MaMa, turned into a Thai-style salad – sweet, spicy and seriously addictive. 

We’re tossing in blanched shrimp, minced pork, cherry tomatoes, crunchy long beans and a zesty homemade dressing. 

It might not be the healthiest thing to make, but it’s technically a salad 😉

To make dressing, add into a mixing bowl, 2 coriander stems, garlic, chilli padi, thinly sliced lemongrass, lime juice, sugar, fish sauce, tom yum mama seasoning, and oil. Mix evenly. Leave to sit, removing coriander stems before using.
