The sauce is a perfect balance of tangy, sweet and savoury, and pairs beautifully with crunchy bell peppers, juicy pineapple and a big bowl of white rice!

If you’re short on time, you can use a readymade sweet and sour sauce from Lee Kum Kee! 

Note: You can use any firm white fish fillet like red snapper and grouper.

Marinate your fish with cornstarch, shaoxing wine, oil, grated ginger & garlic, egg white, salt & white pepper. Mix well and let it sit for 15-20 minutes.

Coat the fish individually with flour mixture, dust out excess flour and place directly into the air fryer for 170°C for 12-15 mins, flipping them halfway.

In a wok with oil, add in your sweet & sour sauce until it dries out slightly.
