Drawing inspiration from his family’s roots in southern Thailand and his grandmother’s Peranakan cooking, founder of @all.things.peranakan Krisada is shares his take Sambal Satay, a beloved Peranakan dish on the brink of obscurity.

Typically made with tender meat cooked in rempah Titek and coconut milk, Krisada’s rendition adds a modern twist with chicken breast and a fiery rempah Titek-based gravy.
