Here are some cooking tips!

  1. Sautéing the spinach puree on high heat till the moisture evaporates imparts a good flavor to the gravy. 
  2. Half of the gravy is added at a later stage to preserve the bright green colour. 
  3. If you want a thinner consistency, add hot water to the paste. You can do this after adding all the spinach paste.
