Step up your stew game and recreate our homemade version of Dakbokkeumtang in 30mins with a hack!

Instead of braising our stew, we got the most flavours and creamiest of broth within minutes by blending ingredients of our stew sauce with a blender! We’re using Ninja’s Nutri-Blender Pro with Auto IQ – BN500 for the smoothest, most efficient blending.

And to balance out the sweet and tanginess of this hearty dish, we’ve added pear and kiwi into the stew sauce! Not the most common cooking tip that’s for sure but this fruity addition was a game changer.

Throwing in chunks of chicken thigh or breast, your favourite veggies and sauce all into one pan, complete this Korean comfort meal with a bowl of steamed rice!
