Until today, we’ve explored different types pasta recipes on our channel, so here’s something special for those who want to try their hand at making your own pasta, from ground up!!
We used San Remo’s Semolina Flour in our recipes below. So.. what does that mean? Generally Semolina is type of flour made from durum wheat. This has a nice yellowish colour compared to regular flour, and is great for what we are about to do today… pasta!
So this recipe video will show you 4 different types of pastas to explore – Bacon Tagliatelle Carbonara, Pappardelle with beef, Herbed Ricotta Ravioli with sage butter, and Prawn Ravioli with Tomato Basil sauce. Choose what suits your taste buds best, and go with your favourite. Do take heed that the recipe is enough for 2, so prepare to make more if you’re cooking for the family.
