This easy dessert is the perfect no-bake treat for a hot day when you need a little pick-me-up 😋

*Note: The active cooking time is less than 30 minutes, but allocate some time for the ice cream to freeze after it’s scooped out and after you’ve assembled it into the mochi which should be about 5-6 hours freezing time in total.
