One Pot Hokkien Mustard Rice

400 g Rice
200 g Mustard greens
200 g Roast pork
15 g Dried shrimp (rehydrated)
4 Dried mushrooms (soaked and diced)
1/2 Carrot (diced)
4 cloves Minced garlic
400 g Water
1 tsp Light soy sauce
1 tsp Dark soy sauce
1 tsp Chicken powder
1 tsp White pepper powder
1/2 tsp Sesame oil
2 tbsp Cooking oil



In a wok pan over medium heat, add cooking oil. Add in Roast pork and stir fry.

Mark as complete

Add in dried shrimp, shallots, minced ginger, minced garlic. Stir fry until fragrant.

Mark as complete

Add in carrots and mushrooms and continue to stir fry.

Mark as complete

Add in mustard greens, rice , light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, chicken powder, white pepper powder, sesame oil and mix well.

Mark as complete

Transfer everything into a rice cooker and add water.

Mark as complete

Turn the rice cooker on and leave to cook.

Mark as complete

Once done, fluff rice and it's ready to serve.
