Goodwood Park Hotel is known for classic mooncakes, but this year, they’ve introduced a brand new flavour – the tangy snowskin Tropicana ($65). Instead of the usual lotus paste, this vibrant yellow dessert is made of pineapple, passion fruit and coconut instead. Bites of actual pineapple cubes and coconut flakes are spread throughout as well, adding a refreshing texture.

If you’d rather your pineapple remain in a tart or on pizza, their crowd favourite Mango with Pomelo ($65) offers another fruity alternative. Feast on their comforting mango puree, sprinkled with delightful pops of pomelo sacs.

Take note, their snowskin mooncakes do not contain any preservatives, so make sure to finish them within 3 days! Although we think the bigger challenge will be making sure you don’t finish them in minutes.
