5. Prawn and Avocado Tostadas

For the guacamole, simply mash some avocados together with cilantro, lime juice, onion, olive oil, salt, and pepper. This process is really up to your own creativity, so feel free to experiment however you like! For this dish, all you need are easily obtainable ingredients including boneless chicken thighs, cooking cream, cornstarch, baking soda, and seasonings such as salt and garlic powder.
