Steamed Egg Tofu with Shrimp is a budget-friendly and super easy dish to make at home. Indulge in delicious soft and silky steamed egg tofu paired with a shrimp in every bite. This dish albeit healthy definitely doesn’t lack flavour!
In the video we served it as a Canapé but you can also steam it in a plate to have it for dinner 🙂
|150g Fortune egg tofu with omega|
|6shrimps (shelled and deveined)|
|30g packet of glass noodles (pre-soak till soft)|
|3tbsp cooking oil|
|3tbsp minced garlic|
|1stalk of scallions (sliced finely and soaked in ice cold water)|
|3tbsp light soya sauce|
|1tbsp shaoxing wine|
|2stalks of coriander roots|
