230g Raw Grain Rice | |
220g Water | |
80g Mushrooms (diced) | |
80g mixed vegetables | |
160g Pork belly (chopped) | |
120g Lap cheong (chopped into cubes) | |
1 large tomatoes | |
2 tsp Fragrant oil | |
1 Scallion for garnishing |
Sauce :
2 tbsp Light Soy sauce | |
1 tbsp Fish sauce | |
2 tbsp cooking wine | |
1 Pepper to taste |
Directions
1.
Stir fry lap cheong until fragrant and set aside.

Wash and drain rice and add 220g water to the pot. Transfer to the rice cooker.

In a small mixing bowl, add in sauce ingredients and mix well. Set aside.

Add in scallops, mushrooms, carrots, corn , pork belly, lap cheong and one big tomato.

Drizzle the sauce on top of the ingredients.

Cook rice as per normal white rice setting.

When cooking is done, let it sit for about 15 minutes before opening.
