There’s something about the combination of herbs and spices in a tom yum that is super satisfying. It feels like a warm hug on a rainy day but can also feel like someone slapping you across the face with chillies; it is that versatile!

Over the years, tom yum has evolved beyond its traditional soup form. It has found its way into snacks, fried rice, pizza and pasta. Inspired by this versatility, this creamy tom yum spaghetti was created as a fusion comfort dish that celebrates both Thai flavour and classic Italian pasta.
