“Can I use a different kind of nut?” “What if I don’t like almond?” We’ve experimented, and the answer is….YES GO NUTS! Perfect for the Hari Raya season!

For this recipe, we’re using pistachio, peanut, cashew and walnut. As long as you follow the indicators of dough consistency and ground nut texture, the possibilities are endless. Just be mindful to not add all the oil in at one go, do it bit by bit till the dough texture looks good!
