A popular sandwich commonly found in Singapore and Malaysia, it’s essentially french toast but BETTER in so many ways.

A twist on the traditional recipe, we’ve made a garlic-lime mayo sauce that adds a perfect tangy compliment! This savoury, reimagined nostalgic dish can be enjoyed by the whole family and guests!

Once it's hot, add in chopped onions and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Increase heat to medium-high and add the beef. Stir-fry just until the edges turn brown (about 1–2 minutes). Then add in black pepper sauce & stir-fry until evenly coated.

Return the pan to medium heat and pour in the egg mixture, tilting the pan so it spreads evenly.
