Ingredients

Adjust Servings
200 g Crab meat
6 Eu Yan Sang dried scallops
1 litre Homemade chicken stock
50 g Bamboo shoots (thinly sliced)
1 bottle Imperial Golden Concentrated Bird's Nest (Reduced Sugar)
1 tbsp Abalone sauce
1 tbsp Oyster sauce
1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
1/2 tsp Sesame oil
1/2 tsp White pepper
Cornstarch solution 3 tbsp cornstarch : 3 tbsp water

Directions

1.

In a multi purpose cooker, add dried scallops and chicken stock, cook for 1 hour on low.

Mark as complete
2.

Add in abalone sauce, oyster sauce, shaoxing wine, sesame oil, white pepper and mix well.

Mark as complete
3.

Add in thinly sliced bamboo shoots, and shredded crab meat.

Mark as complete
4.

Boil for 10 minutes.

Mark as complete
5.

Add cornstarch solution to thicken until desired consistency.

Mark as complete
6.

Serve into a wide bowl. Top with Imperial Golden Concentrated Bird's Nest (Reduced Sugar).
