Chilled Tofu with Century Egg

2-3century eggs (peeled) | |
2tbsp chopped spring onions | |
1tbsp chopped chilies | |
50g pork / chicken floss | |
Fresh coriander for garnish |
Sauce:
1tbsp light soy sauce | |
1tbsp sesame oil | |
1tsp fish sauce | |
1tbsp water | |
Pinch of white pepper | |
¼tsp salt |

Mix 1 tbsp light soy sauce,

Mix well and set aside

Cut 1 block Vitasoy Organic Sprouted Tofu - Steam into 5 slices
