Stir Fried Sea Cucumber with Pork Belly and Leeks
It’s quite known to most of us that many sea cucumber recipes are braising recipes, so in this video but we opted for a slightly different challenge, to *stir fry* today’s sea cucumber with a lovely pairing of pork belly and leeks! The thickened mixture of sauces in the pan pairs well with the combination of ingredients, leading to a tasty dish that goes great with a piping bowl of rice.
We used the Isles of Eden’s Providence Easy Prep Pack, which has been hydrated, which is great for the modern household (no need to spend the time hydrating yay!). Raised in the Maldives, Isles of Eden commits itself to responsible mariculture practices, conscious of our environmental impact and maintaining healthier oceans.
